During a short run from the house up to Mallory Cave here in Boulder last Thursday night, Tiffanie had a little mishap, rolling her ankle on the way down the hill. She was able to "walk it off" and make it the 2 miles back home under her own power, but a trip to the doctor on Friday morning revealed a severe sprain. After a mellow weekend (which is not easy for Tiffanie, she is not one to take days off), the swelling has subsided quite a bit, and she is able to walk with very little pain.
